Card checkout is live. Prefer to pay in crypto? That's a short email away.
Two ways to pay
Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay — pick your plan on the pricing page and check out instantly. As soon as your payment clears we email you an activation link — open it to register your account, and you choose your address or domain after that. Nothing is set up from the checkout box.
Cryptocurrency — email sales@mailtoyou.org telling us which plan you want and the address or domain you'd like. We'll send back a payment address and set you up once it confirms. No legal name or phone number required.
What happens next
Please check your email after paying
Your account is not live the moment the payment goes through. We email you an activation link straight away, and that link is how you register your account — so check your inbox (and your spam folder) before you do anything else. Without it there is nothing to log in to.
The link confirms the email address is really yours. That is deliberate: it is what stops people mass-creating accounts on the back of a card number.
- Pick a plan and pay. Card checkout takes a minute; crypto starts with an email to sales@mailtoyou.org.
- Check your email. We send a payment receipt and an activation link. The link is valid for 7 days and can be used once.
- Register your account. Open the link, set your password, and your account is confirmed and active.
- Choose what you bought. On a personal plan you pick your own address at @mailtoyou.org. On a domain plan you add your own domain, then add the DNS records we give you — the DNS steps are here. Either way your plan gives you an allowance of storage, and you decide how to spend it.
- You move in. Run the migration wizard to bring your old mail across, set up fetch from your old inbox, and add any forwarders you need. More on switching.
Not had the email? Check spam first, then tell us at support@mailtoyou.org and we will resend it. Quote the order reference from your receipt.
Refunds
If it isn't for you, tell us within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. Renewals aren't refundable, so cancel before your renewal date if you're moving on.
