That activation link has expired. Activation links last seven days. Nothing is wrong with your account and nothing has been lost — you just need a fresh way in.
If you have already set a portal password before: sign in, or reset your password from the sign-in page and we will email you a new link.
If you have never set one: email support@mailtoyou.org from the address you ordered with, quoting your order number if you have it, and we will send you a fresh activation link. A person reads that mailbox.
